Every Monday I write five thumbnail ideas first, then only script the ones where the thumbnail feels clickable. Sounds backwards, but it kills weak ideas before I waste a day filming them.

I ask the front desk which hours are dead, set up one small tripod, and never film strangers. Two months of that and the staff now save me a corner rack. Being polite is an underrated growth hack.

Cap the stream at 30fps, use a solid color background instead of a camera effect, and close the browser completely. My laptop is five years old and streams look clean now. Fancy gear can wait.

Curious which paid tools are worth it for small creators. Share what you use and why.

Drop the hook that crushed for you and the numbers. I’ll start: “I quit my agency to film in my kitchen, month one” did 312k views.

Shorts got me reach but zero loyalty. My 20-min videos convert 5x better to email. Anyone else pivoting back?

Testing AI-generated backgrounds + my real face comped in. CTR up 18% so far. Curious what’s working for others.
